Payment Details

Tour Payment:

• The complete tour payment must be made one month ahead of the start of the tour in US$ to ensure that we secure visas, hotel reservations,transportations and guides.
• Our tour quotation include your visa fee for entrance to Bhutan, money transfer charges, three meals a day, transport around Bhutan, standard hotel accommodation, entrance to museums and other places of interest, porters during treks and camping equipment where applicable.
• Please bear in mind that tour price quoted will not include cost of any Druk Air(Royal Bhutan Airlines)fares , airport taxes outside Bhutan, tips, gratuities, alcoholic beverages and use of telephones.

Bank:

• You will have to wire transfer both the tour payments and the cost of the air ticket in the following bank address:

• Once you wire transfer the payment please send us a copy of the remittance letter for our reference via email as an attachment or fax us.

Flight Reservation:

• We also book flights into Bhutan for our guests, and can arrange flights to India,Nepal or Thailand if you wish, through a partner company.

Authenticity and Financial Security:

• Like all tour companies we are registered with and licensed by the Tourist Board (www.abto.org.bt) (www.tourism.gov.bt) were you can find our details there.

• The tour payments you make are held by the Tourist Board until you arrive in Bhutan and only released to us after your exit thus making sure you get a quality holiday from us and also preventing you from unseen forgery.
